Sir Kenneth Branagh Opposes Arts Cuts

Local actor and director Sir Kenneth Branagh has added his voice to others who have spoken out against cuts to the arts in Northern Ireland. He shares our concern that such cuts will spell the end of the road for some events. He said the Belfast Festival at Queen's, which has lost much of its funding, made an "enormous difference to the cultural landscape". In the longer term we believe it will  build growth and make Northern Ireland more competitive however in the short term there may be further pain as cuts are felt. New legislation to devolve corporation tax to Northern Ireland has been passed by the House...

Pre-Budget Blues

Budget 2015: A brief history of pre-election Budgets George Osborne will deliver his sixth Budget as Chancellor on Wednesday, 50 days before the General Election. He has pledged no "gimmicks" but newspaper reports have suggested he is considering tax cuts and could have as much as £5bn for a pre-election "giveaway". Pre-election Budgets are invariably controversial with many entering political folklore, although former Chancellor Ken Clarke has claimed that no Budgets "in living memory" h...

One of the most common problems companies and organisations encounter is a lack of resources. This may be people or premises but it is in our experience primarily a lack of financial resources. Our experience as a fundraising consultant and facilitator of philanthropy means we can help put on finger on the best source of finance.
