At LEXXER Solutions we love to help you share your story. Communities and organisations across Northern Ireland have some great stories and amazing hidden history, but often the pressure of everyday work and keeping the wheels turning means we never have time to record those stories much less enjoy them.
They are important though and are the basis of great local history and can be shared and enjoyed as well as passed down from one generation to the next. A recent initiative from the Rural Community Network gives local communities the means to record and share those stories as well as range of other local heritage work. ‘Ours To Share’ Heritage Grants For Rural Communities
The ‘Ours to Share’ grant scheme is for rural community groups / organisations who are interested in developing heritage projects in rural areas. Grants for up to £1,000 and £5,000 are available.
This grant scheme has been created to help support rural communities in developing and delivering heritage projects that will bring people together to celebrate our diverse heritage.
